Sold item on eBay - how to post? Help!

I'm a private seller and it's the first time I've sold something under the new eBay.
It looks like my buyer paid £4.14 postage on top of the item price. In "Manage all orders" the sold item has "Get prepaid label".
What will happen if I click on that? I don't have a printer. I used to show the parcelshop my email from Evri with the QR code for them to scan and the parcelshop printed the label.
What do I do? Are there options? I like simplicity and familiarity, not complexity, changes and increased costs for my buyers!

Clicking on the qr code option should download the qr code to your phone. Click on the download to open it and show it to the parcel shop. Under simple delivery it could be evri or it could be royal mail though, so check before trying to send it.1
