eBay buying: what is best payment method?
eBay is offering among others, pay with: visa card no. xxxx PayPal when I log into PP it says uses visa card (same card No.) eBay says both methods offer eBay buyer protection. Does the seller lose more in fees if I opt for PayPal? If both methods are the same to me and to the seller it makes no difference then?
