So brought my son a pair of walking boots a parcel with my name and delivery address came filled with cheap shien tat and bits of plastic
I raised dispute immediately and sent the requested pictures and explanation this was all done within the 48 hour time period!
you can imagine how furious I am to see that vinted have released the payment to the vendor even though I had lvl have repeatedly requested that money not be paid and backed up the pictures more than once .
how can this happen and what’s are my options ?!!! Furious as have used vinted before and it’s always worked it should be fool proof as the label is printed by the vendor and attached or printed and attached in Store I’m very disappointed yet another platform where you can be scammed !!

You need to try Vinted again, I think the email to use is legal@vinted.co.uk although hopefully one of the regular Vinted users can confirm.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Unsurprisingly there is no "secondhand clothes" ombudsman, there used to be a "retail ombudsman" but this was a voluntary scheme run by a company who was forced to remove the word "ombudsman" from their name for failing to meet the standards to use the title. They still operate but are now called Retail ADR and have a short list of clients of whom Vinted aren't one.

I've bout a top, stated size 12, more like age 12, because it says 12 in the top, they say it is as described, tried the legal@vinted.co.uk, without any luck, told me to ask for measurements before I buy!!!0

Bought an item for £45 from vinted, it said it was in transit for 4 weeks, so requested a refund on the 2 days you have to request one. Then Vinted said as parcel still in transit( not moved for 4 week) I had to wait a further 25 days. I complained and then tried to resolve issue then Vinted put order completed and paid the seller. Now Vinted say I missed the 2 days deadline which isn’t true. Tried the legal dept in Vinted, just going round in circles, still says in transit.
Inpost say they have to sort things through Vinted, I have asked them but keep saying nothing they can do.0
