Options for mispacked eBay parcel

Hands up totally my fault.

A week ago I  sold and posted a bulk lot of Warhammer on eBay to a buyer in USA (I'm in the UK) and it is been sent via global shipping programme. It is currently waiting to leave eBay's hub.

Today I've found 1 thing that should have been in the parcel which I evidently missed when packing everything up.

Are there any simple options to send this on separately? Or should I just offer a partial refund and hope the buyer doesn't mind too much?

Personally I'd have contacted the customer immediately I realised and opened a discussion.

You used to be able to see the address in invoices but being it's the USA and GSP you will have to contact them and explain you can either give a reduction or offer at your cost to send it with tracking. GSP will wipe their hands of it if he opens a case, you will probably lose what you've sent and the payment.
