I sold an item in December and it was sent off using Royal Mail under the eBay Simple Delivery scheme. The buyer never messaged me to ask where it was, so I had no nowledge of it being delayed, until I received it back today Do I have to refund the item price, or the item price plus postage ? thanks

A buyer in the USA has tried to buy one of my items but is unable to do so. I have checked and I am registered for the GSP. Is there a ban on selling to USA after Trump's tariffs, or am I missing something?

Not exactly earth shattering news but Ebay have renamed the previous Unsold listings to Inactive - least on the app. Not sure of the logic behind the name change but you can still relist from there so no change to functionality.

Combined postage
Hi I've just sold 2 items to the same seller who has paid. I've been sent 2 RM prepaid labels, 1 for each item. One is for £2.18 and the other for £1.20 which is the same as the usual £3.38 postage. Do I just package both items together and print both labels and stick them on the package? Thanks
