ebay - rebooking a Simple Delivery Collection?

I sold an item with SD postage at rhe weekend, postage was with Royal Mail.

I printed the label booking collection for Monday (yesterday) but the bite was not collected .

UUsually I get a "unable to collect your item" email but nothing this time.

I waited again today but still no collection.

How do I arrange another collection via ebay?

There is an arrange a collection tab on this page for items that already have postage paid for.

Might be worth seeing what happens if you put the tracking number in and use that. It might cost another 50p … Are you in danger of falling foul of not sending in time? If so I might be tempted to drop it off at a PO as soon as possible.
