How to exchange gifts bought in store but shops now closed in tier 4
I bought a hoodie in the Superdry store but need to exchange it for a bigger size. As of today, Cambridge is now in tier 4 so my local store is now closed. Having chatted to their online help assistant, they tell me I have no other option but to do it in store. I can’t be the only one with this issue, surely?

Bounce Back loans - is any bank still doing them?
Hi, 1st time message from me. I have a limited company which has been in business since March 2019. As the Government has extended the bounce back loans, are any banks still offering them? I am with Tide and they ran out of money, and all the banks we have approached are not opening any new business accounts? I did think…

Childcare Vouchers through salary sacrifice - unable to spend
Hi, There is another post relating to this, but I thought I should highlight in this section as well. What about those working Christmas Day?
The new limitations for Christmas are understandable but what about those having to work on Christmas day, notably NHS staff? We're in that position and we were planning just one day of (small) family celebration on Boxing Day. Has anyone seen anything suggesting that this is a reasonable adjustment in this situation?

How to get food when COVID positive
My brother is self isolating, having received a positive test today. He has next to no food, and all the delivery slots with every supermarket is booked up. Holiday pay/leave in place of furlough.
Bit of a weird one, will try and be concise. (I'm in Scotland, we just had a three week lockdown) Recently had issue with payslips from work, seems to be under. I questioned this and was informed that rather than three weeks of furlough, some was furlough pay and some was my holiday pay. ( I think them topping up the…

Post-Brexit VAT & Duties Changes
Hi all, I have ordered a board game online (via Kickstarter) and the board game company are now trying to charge me (and the other UK backers) 20% extra for more VAT “thanks to Brexit”.
