Voucher Refund from Scandinavian Airlines

Last year my flights to Sweden were cancelled by SAS due to Corona Virus. I accepted a voucher, valid for a year. When the year was up I was invited to apply for a full refund (as per the terms of the voucher). I applied for my refund, submitting my bank details and I was told 3-5 days for the refund to be processed. It has now been 8 weeks and they still haven't refunded me or even contacted me to apologise for the delay. I have gone on to their website 3 times, waited for a very long time to 'speak' to a human, only to be told "please be patient" "your refund is being processed". There is no other way of contacting them (not surprising). It is a lot of money for me not to have back in my bank account.
