Hi
Me and my partner are going to Slovakia on Saturday 5pm flight returning 5pm local time on Tuesday. Both fully vaccinated sorted the pre 72 hrs PCR test before arriving in Slovakia and the 2 day test for when returning to UK next week. Only thing im still to sort is the Lateral Flow Test to return to UK. Am i right in thinking I'm ok to have this at Manchester Airport before traveling to Slovakia on Saturday afternoon for return on Tuesday. From reading the advice on gov.uk it says to take 3 days before arriving back in UK and I understand day of travel is day zero, its obviously just over the 72 hours but it talks about days not hours on gov.uk so do you think im ok to take at Manchester airport?
Just after some reassurance I have read it right, It would just be easier taking in UK knowing its negative than having to take a test in Slovakia.
Thanks

Had this clarified from Simon Calder on Twitter, its 3 days not 72 hours, I was wrongly advised by Collinson group.

Just to state the obvious... like currency exchange or buying extra luggage when your suitcase burst before check in... airports are never going to be the cheapest option. If you are happy to pay for the convenience then thats fine.
