UK Passenger Locator Form - Multiple addresses on return to UK

I'Ve searched extensively for answers to the following query about the UK passenger locator form but to no avail and I'm hoping someone may be able to advise.

My partner and I are having some work carried out on the house for a few days in September and have decided to make ourselves scarce by taking a week's holiday in Greece, followed by a few days visiting family and days away on our return to the UK.

We've arranged for our day 2 PCR tests to be delivered to a relatives house which we'll pick up as soon as we get back but we're going to be moving about a bit, staying in various hotels in different areas.

On the passenger locator form do we have to list when and where we expect to be staying for the first 10 days and is there a limit on how many places that can be entered? I may not be 100% certain of where we are staying until after we have submitted the form so is it also possible to submit another form after arriving back in the UK whne we are more certain of where we'll be?

Yes you can submit another form if you need to update the information. 

(I assume you are double jabbed and not required to self isolate)

“If you need to update your details

If any of your information changes after you have submitted your form, for example your travel details or contact information, you must complete a new form.”

Yes, we're both double jabbed so as long as our day 2 test is negative we should remain free to move around but we may be making decisions on where to stay as we do so.
