My daughter had 2 holidays booked with last minute.com and hasn’t received a refund for either. She is having no luck trying to speak to anyone as it just cuts her off. She has gone down the email/ Twitter/Facebook route as well and still no reply.
The website is up and running.
Has anyone had any luck with contacting them recently. Any phone numbers she could try.
Thanks

They are almost impossible to contact. The last number I had was 0333 3362504
That was mid-April however. When were the holidays?
They sent an email cancelling my return flight on the 19th of March, leaving me stranded in New Zealand. I haven’t had any meaningful contact since. The only thing that has happened, within the last few days, is that my holiday has moved from ‘my bookings’ into ‘previous bookings’ when I log into their website.
How did she pay? She could try a chargeback if she paid by card.0 -
Hello,Its a nightmare. LastMinute really are a terrible company, i've been waiting 10 months for my refund!!So you can call them on this number (not shown online) - 020 8396 1209Or you can email them here: customercare@lastminute.comI recommend emailing them as then you have a paper trail which you can forward to your bank for reibursement. Most banks require 14 days from when you sent the email before acting on it.Because i couldn't find this email for months I also asked LM for all of my data. Not sure whether that will work, but if it does, I intend to forward that on to my bank as evidence..Hope this helps!Henry
