Has anyone (customers only) opened, payed in or transferred onto the HSBC Isas cashback offers yet? If so, any communication from HSBC that the new ISA account qualifies for the cashback? I opened one but no idea if it qualifies, the other day I moved money from my HSBC account onto another bank and now I have returned it…

Trading 212 ISA account being terminated
3 years ago I opened up a cash ISA with trading 212 as the interest rates seemed to be the best around at that time and continue to be good. I have been happily paying into this every year and was horrified to have received an email to say my account is being terminated in 30 days. I don't have any other accounts with…

Transferring Cash ISA from Trading212 to Newcastle
Opened a new Cash ISA with Newcastle Building Society almost a month ago now, at 0.45% more interest than my Trading 212 Cash ISA. Filled out the Cash ISA transfer form straight away and sent it. Newcastle received it in post end of April and have now sent it to trading 212 three times via post, who have said they have not…

Chip Smart Cash ISA - Beware this condition...
Just a heads-up for those thinking of opening a Chip Smart Cash ISA. It has much going for it for the first year as a new customer, good rate for 12 months after opening (variable but tied to BOE rate) it's flexible so cash can be withdrawn and replaced (in the same tax year), albeit withdrawals are not same day they take…

Trading 212 Cash ISA - Promo Code?
Hi, Has anyone successfully opened a new Trading 212 account and received the ‘newbie’ bonus, taking the interest to 5.05%? I tried doing this, and successfully opened an account but this was with 4.9%, it turns out you need to enter a promo code…. Martin Lewis doesn’t specify this code… so has anyone been able to get…

I've seen the next cashback offer is LLoyds/Halifax, however…

2026/2027 transferring a cash ISA from Trading 212 to another provider
Hi all. I'm looking for a cash ISA provider that will accept transfers of an existing ISA from Trading 212. I tried Virgin Money, but their list of providers that they'll accept transfers from doesn't include T212. Someone recommended Principality Building Society; I've spoken to them, and they confirm that they can't do…

bonus rate treatment of ISA interest transfers
An ISA provider has advised me that, when transferring out an ISA, the interest earned is not allocated to any specific tax year. I have an ISA with £20k contributions in each of the 25/26 and current tax years. In 2025/26 it earned £800 interest. If rates stay the same I expect around £1800 this tax year. When the bonus…

Coventry Building Society
I have a 1 year fixed rate ISA that is due to mature on 31 May 2026. I am expecting to hear from them regarding maturity options, but nothing has arrived so far. I believe the default option is another 1 year fixed rate ISA at Coventry, which I do NOT want. Unless they have something better on offer for maturity than their…

ISA partial transfer?
I have an ISA with trading 212, opened in Feb 2026 into which I transferred all my savings from Moneybox, which included the 20000 paid in from 25/26 allowance. Stupidly I didn’t realise that only the 20000 would get the promo rate of 4.4% and the rest is only getting 3.6%. Is it possible to only transfer the balance on…

Kent Reliance - flexible ISA?
Hi, I'm looking at flexible ISAs at the moment, and there is an Easy Access Cash ISA Issue 73 at Kent Reliance which looks okay. Transferring ISA form CHIP tp VIDA
Just tried to transfer an ISA from Chip to VIDA but ViDA does not accept even though it allowed me to choose Chip as my current provider from the dropdown. It did not tell me how to go forward with this. Has anyone else had problems like this? Are there any providers who accept Chip without any issues?
