LISA and FTB ISA
If you currently hold a LISA, but will most likely not have purchased a home before the First Time Buyers ISA is implemented, will you be able to use both to purchase a property? If you can have both would this mean you can invest a larger amount of money each tax year, rather than the current £4,000 limit?

Flexible ISA Question
Hi, I'm confused about what's legally allowed when operating a Flexible ISA in conjunction with other non-flexible ISAs. In theory could I contribute £15k of my annual allowance across cash/S&S ISAs and then with a flexible one could I contribute £10k and ensure that £5k is withdrawn to ensure a net balance of £5k, thereby…

Santander Fixed Rate ISA - interest payment issues

Charter Savings Bank ISAs
Finally getting myself into action. I have a matured cash ISA from last year to find a new home for, and this year's cash to invest too. I'm attracted by CSB's rates (4.63% 1 year, 4.72% 2 year). Am considering putting the transferred ISA into one, and the new ISA into the other - to hedge my bets against what rates might…

Combining ISA's Advice
Hi, I have two ISA's maxed out, both at 4.28%. Different companies from the 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 current tax year. Both cash ISA's but only one is flexible. I have a few questions I wanted to ask please. Is there any benefit to having them separate? If I combine them into one and then in the future if I wanted to split…

New First Time Buyer ISA to replace LISA
As promised in last year's Budget, a consultation has been launched to discuss a new product for first time buyers, to replace the Lifetime ISA. Initial impressions are that it's broadly similar to the Help To Buy ISA, in terms of the bonus being added at property purchase time, and therefore no withdrawal penalties before…

I've already used my £20k ISA allowance for this year. I have an easy access Cash ISA with Tembo (totalling £40k+) which I want to transfer for a better (and possibly fixed term) rate. Classification/best use of funds from sale of home for a year whilst searching for new home?
Hi, I wonder if someone can advise on a couple of queries, or point towards reliable sources of advice/information.
