Transferring from Virgin fixed rate 1 year ISA to Santander fixed rate 1 year ISA

Virgin Cash ISA Stopped Receiving Interest
Last year I set up a Virgin fixed rate ISA with monthly interest. This went ok and I received the monthly interest as expected.
