New ISA Manager and early transfer without penalty
HI I've just received an e-mail from Virgin Money with confirmation that my ISA Manager is officially changing to Nationwide from 2nd April. My fixed ISA doesn't mature until the end of June and I was wondering if I'd still be penalised interest if I transfer by the transfer deadline. Thanks Paul

Flexible ISA's redundant
Hi all, having a so called flexible ISA with Zopa, they say that it's not going to be allowed to transfer part of the ISA to another provider, however if you do a full transfer they will close the account; they say they will accept partial transfers in so that's why it is a flexible ISA. This can't surely be right, as all…

IG's £200 Cashback when you invest £200
Hi. Does anyone know if I would still get the £200 back if I deposited the money into IG but did not buy S&S or ETFs? I've already deposited the money and am now feeling extremely overwhelmed having to choose what to buy. I've only ever invested through a platform so wasn't expecting the billboard of flashing lights. If I…

Moving S&S ISA from HL who've now sold some funds
I have a fair number of funds with HL which are within ISAs, and I wanted to move from HL to Self Investor. HL have just told me they've sold three of the funds. So I now have cash within an S&S ISA. How do I move that cash to another provider and maintain the ISA wrapper? (I know Self Investor don't do cash ISAs.)

Advice on 3-5yr fixed term ISAs
Hi all, I am looking to transfer my existing ISAs and am keen to maximise interest. I have looked at rates on MSE and it seems the best options are to fix for 5 years. I don't mind not having access. I'm seeking advice as to whether its wise in the current financial climate to go for a 5 yr fix or less. I have googled and…

Flexi ISA question.
I'm sure this scenario has been mentioned on here before, but it's easier to ask it in a new thread than trying to find the answer from previous ones. Taxed on savings interest
I have recently had a tax bill from HMRC and also a new tax code added to my private pension. On further investigation I find that HMRC are billing me for interest on savings from 23/24 and new tax code for 24/25 again for savings. While I am rightly annoyed, should I bother looking for high interest accounts if the taxman…
