HMRC Tax Due

Just received a letter from the HMRC of tax I owe from interest I have earned

they are saving I have held a bank account with J P Morgan and I have gone over the personal allowance 

I have never held a J P Morgan account all I can think of it was when I had a T212 ISA 

So a little confused
