What is the Trading 212 sort code? I wish to transfer to another provider but I cannot proceed until I get the sort code.

This comes up often.
You don't need a sort code to transfer your ISA, if your new provider is insisting on this then they're using archaic/backward systems.
However some in this forum have said using 00-00-00 has got them through0 -
It's 00-00-00
I have just gone through a transfer0 -
I have just had this issue with a cash ISA transfer out of Trading 212 to Vida Savings. This was the information from the Trading 212 chatbot
"Trading 212 ISA accounts don’t have sort codes. If they insist on one, you can enter “60-92-42” and add your Trading 212 ISA account number as the payment reference so we can match the funds."
This worked for me (using 000000 or 123456 as mentioned elsewhere did not work).0 -

When I was transferring out of T212 I just put the Cash ISA account ID in the roll/reference box. No sort code needed. That worked fine.0

Im still confused given the different responses above.
The new bank I wish to transfer to requires a bank a/c number, sort code and 'roll' number (if approp) of Trading.
When I opened the Trading 212 cash ISA I was told to transfer funds to JP Morgan a/c 71003704 / sort code 60-92-42. I was then given my own 'Account number' when the ISA opened.
So when transferring from Trading, do I quote 'my own a/c number' & sort code 60-92-42, OR 71003704 / 60-92-42?
Thanks.0 -
You don't use a sort code or account number with transferring out of T212. You use your Cash ISA account ID. This can be found in your profile.0
