Moneybox App - Confusing
Just joined and transferred an ISA to them. It might be because the this has only happened in the past 24 hours, but the app is awful.
The transfer went through within 12 hours of requesting it which was great, but the app is littered with adverts for their other products, a 'lets get started' page all over the front page when you log in and no option to withdraw anything.
If it's like this in a week, I would be thinking of leaving!

Most new accounts with most institutions have some restrictions on withdrawing immediately after depositing, basic money laundering technique that's being negated.
The Moneybox app is fairly typical of apps from the FinTechs/NeoFins, they do like to try and grab your eyeballs for the maximum time and can seem very busy after using more "trad" banking apps. Just ignore the stuff you're not interested in. It's an ISA, how often are you planning to check on it?

Fairly often to see how much interest it's earning.
