Transferring Cash ISA from Trading212 to Newcastle
Opened a new Cash ISA with Newcastle Building Society almost a month ago now, at 0.45% more interest than my Trading 212 Cash ISA.
Filled out the Cash ISA transfer form straight away and sent it. Newcastle received it in post end of April and have now sent it to trading 212 three times via post, who have said they have not received anything, and for me to tell Newcastle to send it via email.
Newcastle have said they don't send Cash ISA transfer requests via email and only do it through post. They've even told me the address they are sending it to, which is the trading 212 hq.
At a bit of a loss what to do as I'm losing out on interest here and Newcastle just keep saying we've sent it, tell trading212. Trading212 just keep saying not received it.

I had transferred out from T212 to Aldermore in December 2025, Aldermore sent my request over via post to them and it took up to 2 weeks for T212 to send email and app notification to approve the transfer out and once approved, it was transferred straight away and deposited on the same day.
I guess you have got the CISA reference from Newcastle to confirm with T212?

I'm currently transferring a T212 Cash ISA to HSBC Global Investment Centre (i.e. Cash ISA to Stocks & Shares ISA transfer). It's been a couple of weeks so I rang HSBC GIC today and they said that they'd posted the relevant information to T212 but heard nothing, so you're not alone. HSBC GIC said they have now emailed them the relevant information to start the transfer so hopefully that will work.
It hasn't always been this way. I transferred another T212 Cash ISA last year to NatWest Investments and the whole thing completed in 3 days.

I've just failed to transfer a Trading212 cash ISA to Kent Reliance, T212 have been so unresponsive, or have wrongly rejected the transfer, that now a couple on months down the line Kent have closed my ISA and I can't open a new one since Kent are now not accepting requests.
Trying again with a different bank …
