Kent Reliance - flexible ISA?

Hi, I'm looking at flexible ISAs at the moment, and there is an Easy Access Cash ISA Issue 73 at Kent Reliance which looks okay. The setup process seems a bit complicated as you first apply for an account and then they move it to the new Kent Reliance Online Services.

According to the Key Features and Summary Box for the account (after they move it to Online Services) this is a flexible ISA - however, according to MSE's Top Cash ISAs page, it isn't, and Kent Reliance don't offer flexible ISAs.

I'm just wondering if MSE's information needs to be updated or maybe I'm missing something important?

This ISA is currently not flexible.

But it will be moved to their new system soon (not before July) and will become flexible then

This particular Kent reliance cash isa ( issue 73 ) is not flexible per the T & Cs (link below) -

Until those T & C's change to indicate Flexible ISA status i would not be signing up on the present terms.
