How long do you want to fix for?
Ten year gilts have a GRY a little over 5%. You could hold those in an ISA.

30 year gilts are offering 5.7% (5.9% a few days ago).

Lots of Gilts with a running yield (coupon divided by price) of over 5%, all depends on how long you want

If you open a 1 year FRISA with Lloyds & transfer in £25k, your ‘effective’ interest rate would be 5.15%
Other offers, durations & amounts transferred would give different ‘effective’ rates. Interest on the £150 switch payment would not automatically be tax free or compound etc etc so not a direct comparison with an aer of 5.15%. Just a thought.2 -
