Warranty Contradiction Issue
I recently bought a kettle from a high street outlet that said it has a 2 year warranty on the box and in the manual. The store said it only gives the statutory ONE YEAR warranty and that I'd have to register my purchase online with the manufacturer for the second year. However the manufacturer says I cannot do that for a…

2 x speeding fines in 2 days
Apologies if this isn't the right section. A colleague of mine has been done 3 times in 2 days. Same camera in a 30 mph zone. He thought it was a 40. Poor excuse, obviously. Theres a 39mph, 38mph and 35mph. Two fines within 1 hour of each other. Is there any option here to plead stupidity? Or suck up the 9 points? Hes done…

Halifax App View Card Details - How do you know which card relates to which account?
I'm sure this is a very silly question and I've overlooked something obvious. When I use the option to view my card details in the Halifax app, it shows all my cards across the screen, but not any details of the underlying account for each debit card. I've renamed the accounts so they have my personalised names in the list…

FSCS protection and ringfencing.
Hello, I'm new to money saving and looking for a good ISA. I have seen the Plum Cash ISA with 4.45% AER. A few months ago my wife booked an open return (as she didn't know the exact time of return journey) on a fast national coach company to an airport getting on for 200 miles away to meet and collect a relative who was travelling as an unaccompanied minor. This cost over £100. At the bus station the display screens were not…
