Confused about PCN Timeline/Process (Parkit and Gladstones)

Hi everyone,

I've received an email yesterday from Gladstones reminding me of a PCN from Parkit Management from 2024. The Pre-action Protocol Reply was done in Oct 2024. This isn't my first rodeo with PCNs but as it's been so long since I sorted one (unfortunately we caved in and paid the most recent one due to the risk of getting a CCJ thanks to an address change), I am confused about the timeline. This is the email that was sent to me - are there any steps in the process that I might have missed? What do I do next, or do I reply the reply form?

(On the Gladstones dashboard there aren't any next steps - only to view the evidence pack and pre action protocal reply and to make the payment)

Some info on the PCN:

We were parked at Bakewell Bridge and apparently we were caught not paying for an hour's parking. We contacted the carpark owner who said he could see on the security cams that the driver did go to the payment machine but could not actually see if he made the payment or not. Unfortunately this was a cash payment so we are unable to check bank records. The carpark owner said he is unable to cancel the PCN.
