M&S Travellers Cheques
Is it still possible to buy M&S travellers cheques with a 0% purchase credit card (does it have to be M&S?) and deposit the money into your current account for a fee of 1%. Thinking this could be the cheapest way of obtaining £5000. Does anyone know if A&L (Santander) accept TC's? Thanks  Jake

Credit card fees
I have an annual maintenance fee to pay. I have had the invoice and with it is the detail on how to pay. They only seem to offer credit or debit card payment options and they insist that if you use a card they will load a further 2.5% if you use a card. Do we have to use a card or do they have to offer a non fee paying…

Tucan Claims - are they bone fide?
I had a call from Tucan who claim that they can get money credited on your credit cards if you give them permission to act on your behalf by getting credit card companies to provide evidence that they sent you updates of changes in terms (ie increase of credit limit)if they cant, your card will be credited. They will also…

Barclaycardd Goldfish points
I was extremely disappointed today when I thought we should have had £147 for our 22000 points. On looking at the revised details in August 2010 indicates that for a £10 voucher you require 3500 points. Therefore is approx half of what is being quoted. Such a disappointment can other forum users point me in a direction for…

A sort of stoozing idea, with a flexible mortgage?
Scuse the noobie question, it has probably been asked before! I can take 40k extra out on my flexible mortgage, on which I pay less than 1/% interest. If I put it in a 3.15% savings account then I presume I can get 2% for nothing, or have I missed something?

Hi I am desperately trying to find advice as I don't have much time. I have possessed an egg credit card for many years. Yes loans fees
I recently applied for a loan through YES loans. They took £69 from me as an admin charge but on the basis that I was successful in taking a loan. They stated that if you DID NOT take a loan they would refund the money. They conveniently operate a 30 day return policy on your £69 and you have to write in or fax stating…
