barclaycard credit card transfer info incorrect

Hi just wondering if anyone else has this problem I applied via this site for 1.6% balance transfer deal 0% for 16 months Stiil recommended here but barclaycard deny all knowledge say its minn 2.1%

I believe the fee of 2.1% is reduced to an effective 1.6% by the application of a rebate to your account some 28 days later, providing you've met the T&Cs (which are clearly explained on their website).
