CPP refund expired cheque
My wife had a cheque issued in July 2014 via CPP which she failed to pay into her account. She tried calling CPP but they claimed as over 6 months have passed they cannot issue a new cheque. Is this worth pursuing? She only spoke to the person who answered the phone initially.

Quick bank charge question
hope this is simple and quick and sorry if its been covered 1000 times but im working out my bank charges can I claim for both planned and unplanned overdraft fees ? also on the calculator on here it adds interest do I combine the fees and then work out the interest ? cheers
