Help - bank charges past 6 years!!!??

Hey all- do you know if I can get back any charges from after 6 years? I was put off in 2009 when they ruled out bank charge reclaiming and just applied and they said no as no charges have been added in 6 years but there is at least 2.5k of charges and interest in that account which is with a debt management agent and I am slowly paying it off!

What can I do? Shall I just keep on pushing?

The banks won the court case. That boat has long since sailed.

Banks will consider refunding recent charges for those that are currently in financial hardship. However, you say you have had no recent charges (so nothing to refund).
