Hi
i got a letter from tsb on the 13th March dated the 11th March saying that i will be receiving a refund of £571.91 for bank charges :j
the wording as to how i would be paid is very vague
it says
we will send you a cheque for the amount of £571.91. Please allow 10 days for this to show in your account
Now im confused as to how i will actually receive my refund as it is the 26th now with no word
for those of you that have received refunds from TSB how have you received it?
Thanks

If its Lloyds TSB then should appear as a credit in account if the said account is still held in credit and active, If it is closed then this would be done via a cheque.0
