PPI claim turned down
I made a PPI claim to Lloyds just over 2 years ago which was turned down. Due to one thing and another (I won't bore you) I didn't get in touch with the Ombudsman within the 6 month period. Have I burnt my boats or have I any chance at all trying again?

Can anyone help? I'm attempting to claim back ppi from the above companies for my inlaws but I'm struggling to find the addresses to do so, I've checked the website and done a Google search, but yo no avail. Any ideas where to find them?

I had CCP with M&S for years. I received a small reimbursement last year, relating to amounts paid after 2005, but I originally took out the policy in 1987. M&S say that they will not refund any amounts paid prior to 2005 and if I don't agree, to take it up with the ombusdman - any thoughts anyone?

Claimed PPI repayment but Credit card company says records no longer available
I recently contacted an old credit card provider (Amex) but received a reply saying that they did not keep records gong back that far. It was quite a while ago (1995-6) and I have no records remaining either. I have a feeling I did pay PPI in those days - is thee anything I can do?
