Reclaim bank account packaged Barclays bank

Hi,
on 2009, or 2010 I cant remember which year exactly I been financial difficulty. I been cancel my bank account in Lloyds bank and opened bank account in Barclays. The lady in bank offered me just paid bank account pre 5 pound after year been 6.50 till now. She no offer me free bank account. I been that accepted, she said in that bank account are the benefits as well /phone insurance.../. I been no interesting i needed the account. So I been paiyng, 6 - 7 years. Last I been trying used the mobile insurance. I phoned to the bank they said my excess is 25 pound. I told the them I cant see any reason pay to the bank for the excess, because my new mobile cost just 22 pound. Im on pay and go. I told the them If I know, I will be never phoned to the bank.
So I think i been miss sold for the bank packaged account.
