Quick bank charge question

hope this is simple and quick and sorry if its been covered 1000 times but im working out my bank charges can I claim for both planned and unplanned overdraft fees ? also on the calculator on here it adds interest do I combine the fees and then work out the interest ?

Since the banks won the court case on bank charges, there are only limited times you can ask a bank to consider a refund. These are a) incorrect application of charges (i.e. they charged the wrong amount) or b) you are in CURRENT financial hardship.

You dont do any of that any more.

What basis are you asking the banks to refund the charges?
