Ladies and Gentlemen, I sent an email via the resolver link on friday night. I had a telephone call on saturday evening making some enquiries. I just had a telephone call from Lloyds, who are going to refund me just over a thousand pounds! It was for a packaged account from 2001 to 2004.

Surge in packaged account complaints
The number of complaints received re packaged bank accounts in 2015 was an increase of 477% on 2013/14. 32,720 complaints were received by the Financial Ombudsman Service in April-December 2015. 32% were upheld by the Ombudsman.
