A1 reclaim scheme

I have insured with Sentinal for donkeys years. I originally joined through my co-operative bank
where I still have an account. I then continued to pay my renewal direct to Sentinal. I have never needed to claim from them. I did originally think that they would get me back any money that had been spent illegally from a lost or stolen card. Then I found out that the bank would reimburse me for that. I did continue with them as I thought that the way they covered my valuables, ie cards, driving licence, passport, car and house keys, made it a worthwhile product. Would I still be able to claim anything back from them?
