Sky Protect
Reckon that the number of people taking up Sky Q ("free" maintenance) must be starting to bite with "Sky Protect" (aka D & G ). I've had 2 phone calls since Friday, plus a letter this am, all assuring me that my Sky warranty has come to an end (on a 3.5 yr old HD box -I DON'T THINK SO:rotfl:) Don't know if its a new thing…

NowTV broadband and calls
I signed up earlier this year for NowTV broadband and calls and I pay extra per month for anytime calls. I looked at my bill for this month and discovered that some calls were being charged as extras. On investigation, it appears that NowTV consider 0845 and 0870 as premium and charge 15 pence per minute. Whichever phone…

TV License for granny annex
Our family house has two entrances, we ourselves call it number eg 60A. Now it's not officially separate, it's not listed on anything as a separate dwelling. It has no separate gas, electric water etc. It's sort of like a granny annex. It's a semi, the garage has a room in it. For postal letters we just gave it a…

Opening Voicenote.Number/ Name not recognised
I am computer illiterate. Technology has passed me by. I have just received a voice note from someone I do not recognise, with a number and name I don't recognise. Am I safe to open up the voice note to see what it's about or is it likely to have some sort of virus/ malware attached? Or be fishing for something?

Plusnet: Terrible Service after unilaterally changing landline number
I am a carer for my parent who has had the same phone number since 1977. All our documentation etc has always had the same phone number. We are used to changing internet/phone providers, including to and from Plusnet, and the landline number has always been the same. This time we changed from another provider to Plusnet…

Phone repairer damaged mobile
Has anyone had issues with a mobile phone repair company called ELECTRONIC PARTNERS? I submitted my mother’s ageing but otherwise excellent condition Galaxy Note 5 for a replacement battery as they had given a reasonable quote. They submitted a condition report that confirmed it was in good condition with no damage. Some…

NOW-TV from two homes
F-i-L has Now TV and is currently paying for Sky Sports from them - he also has the 'boost' package which says you can "Watch on up to 3 devices at the same time in full HD and surround sound." Racing TV Deal - Am I now tied in?
Hi folks.. After some advice - I recent used a 30 day free trial deal with Racing TV for my father as no-one can get to the courses at the moment. NowTV - Watch at two different addresses
Hi, sorry if this topic has already been discussed but can't seem to find a definitive answer. Basically, my daughter asked me if she could watch NowTV on my account.
