How good is the Customer Service at 1p mobile, I'm deciding between Asda mobile and 1p mobile due to the upcoming Three hikes. I used their web chat service and found it quite cheap and tacky but their facebook page seems to have loads of good reviews and Trustpilot.
Anyone have experience of dealing with this EE piggy backer!

I can't really add much, was with them for about £10 worth. I got a sim from them and added the £10 credit at the the time of signing up. My intention was to use a second phone I had for car use, play music, navigation using the data allowance. What I noticed using it this way it gobbled up the data quicker than my Tesco (O2) network data which I had used previously in the car. The pandemic hit and the said car isn't used now, the £2 odd credit I had left vanished when I let my contract expire.
I can say they give you a fixed date when you need to top up or the use is blocked, they do actually add another 30 days on to that date of ending the contract, apart from that CS wise I have no idea it all seemed to go well whilst I was with them.
To me it was only a trial if you like, not impressed with how much data it used compared to Tesco, maybe it's the difference between PAYG and a monthly contract.2
