18185
Using 18185 and since going to be switch to digital voice will need to use the access code 08081703703. Anybody using this service? I do not think it is fair you have to pay as soon as the phone is ringing or engaged! Is there any other option? Thanks

Alternative to Sky
Its that time of the year (well 18 months) when I have to negotiate with sky for a new better deal. Thing is, after today I'm really losing the will to live and haven't got the energy to play the game to get the better deal. note I'm autistic so phone calls aren't my comfort zone and they're even harder as we transfer to…

Data sim recommendations
I've a friend using a 4g router, who doesn't want / need a broadband connection as future accommodation plans are uncertain. They are using more data than I expected however. Any recommendations for a data sim? I'd prefer open-ended usage rather than a 30 day limit. Argos do an EE one with 120Gb valid for 12 months for…

BT made a sensible change to logins but did it badly
BT, quite rightly, have separated the logins for your account or your email, which makes things more secure ( it is now bt.com/login or bt.com/email ).However, both invoke sign-in screens which look identical. Not only that, they have removed the ability to click to view the password and check you have entered it correctly…

New Virgin Customer - wish to cancel - impossible to do on the phone!
Hello, we have had Virgin TV and broadband installed in the last few days. For many reasons, we have come to the conclusion that it’s not for us and we want to cancel as soon as possible! I am in my 14 day cooling off period (day 2 actually!). However, after speaking to them on the phone for nearly an hour - they simply…

Virgin Media contract ends in June. Sign up to Sky now or later?
I'm looking to leave Virgin Media as my introduction offer is ending soon so my price is jumping up a lot. I'm currently being offered Sky Stream + Sky Sports + 500Gb broadband for £64/month. My Virgin Media contract ends on 6th June so I'm wondering whether I should sign up to a Sky deal now or wait a bit?

Can I still cancel my Virgin services
I noticed this month that my direct debit was around 15 pounds more than usual, and when I called VM they said that from April there's been a price increase. I tried to give my 30 days notice to quit my contract but was told that I couldn't as I had missed the deadline and that I still have 10 months remaining on my…

Virgin TV 360 box and negotiating a new contract.
My current contract with Virgin expires July, 2024. They've emailed me, offering a new contract, which I think I'll decline and re-negotiate nearer the end of my current contract, What they are doing is offering a Virgin TV 360 box. I currently have a V6 box. Does this mean all the programmes I've recorded would be…

Sky TV
I’m a Sky VIP Diamond customer and been with them for 18 years. Today I tried to haggle with them and ended up getting Sky Cinema and Netflix removed which resulted in a £5 per month saving! Not such a good deal I think. Would it be worth contacting them in a few days to renegotiate?

Sky Talk Call Shambles
Following notification that my mother's call package (Sky Talk Evenings & Weekends) was going up by nearly 40% she decided to upgrade her call package to Sky Talk Anytime Extra which made more sense financially as it was going up by less than her current package and represented better value. Mum upgraded on 21/3/24 and…
