I was a Virgin Media customer. I was very,VERY dissatisfied with what was on offer. It was difficult to leave, difficult to get a refund and difficult to do anything with Virgin. I will never ever be a customer of the company again.0

I totally agree with the above
I would rather spend my life looking at a blank wall than pay a penny to Virgin media1 -

Her courage will change the world.
Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.1 -

The endless spin companies put out when they introduce these things really annoys me. They’re coming into line with an upcoming legal requirement, and any company interested in operating fairly would not increase annually, and if doing so, offer the inflation based for as long as possible and then introduce a tiered approach to the pounds and pence system.
Over 15% rise here, and the O2 contract in the house is £5.99 so that would be 30%. More data than needed but the cheapest offering at the time, replacing a previous rolling deal that had risen to £7.50. It likely isn’t going to be worth downgrading at any time now, even if they introduce something catering for low-ish users.0 -
OFCOM really gave them a free pass when they banned the CPI + method, the increases this coming year are far higher % wise than they were with the old system. They should have imposed a fixed term fixed price approach instead of listening to their whining noises.
