BT signal issues at new home
Hi All We moved house in March, we moved 2.5 miles up the road so not far and we took our BT TV subscription with us but moving in we had really bad signal issues, a lot of channels were barely watchable with the pixelating and breaking up completely. We were getting signal strengths of about 4 to 6% a lot of the time. We…

Couple of Q's about Now TV
I'm thinking of ditching Sky and trying Now TV. Could I check a couple of things please: Would I be able to watch Discovery (not Discovery+)? With regard to the pricing, The £34.99 for the Sport package, is that just for Sport, or does that include the Entertainment package cost too? So, would I pay £9.99 for…

O2 have totally confused me with this SIM only deal.
So through sheer inertia I have been paying O2 more than £75 a month for a SIM only deal for 3 phones - myself and 2 teenagers. Embarassingly, I've been out of contract for almost a year. Finally, since this is really expensive, I check out what's around with a view to change and find Vodafone with a £8 deal for 20GB.…

Pause/fast forward programmes
I recently cancelled my Sky subscription due to cost, and now have the standard TV channels on my smart tv. However, my wife is fed up of having to sit through adverts whilst watching shows. She prefers to record them and be able to skip through them. Is there any way of doing this? I don't have an aerial by the way.

18185
Using 18185 and since going to be switch to digital voice will need to use the access code 08081703703. Anybody using this service? I do not think it is fair you have to pay as soon as the phone is ringing or engaged! Is there any other option? Thanks

Alternative to Sky
Its that time of the year (well 18 months) when I have to negotiate with sky for a new better deal. Thing is, after today I'm really losing the will to live and haven't got the energy to play the game to get the better deal. note I'm autistic so phone calls aren't my comfort zone and they're even harder as we transfer to…

Data sim recommendations
I've a friend using a 4g router, who doesn't want / need a broadband connection as future accommodation plans are uncertain. They are using more data than I expected however. Any recommendations for a data sim? I'd prefer open-ended usage rather than a 30 day limit. Argos do an EE one with 120Gb valid for 12 months for…

BT made a sensible change to logins but did it badly
BT, quite rightly, have separated the logins for your account or your email, which makes things more secure ( it is now bt.com/login or bt.com/email ).However, both invoke sign-in screens which look identical. Not only that, they have removed the ability to click to view the password and check you have entered it correctly…

Virgin Media contract ends in June. Sign up to Sky now or later?
I'm looking to leave Virgin Media as my introduction offer is ending soon so my price is jumping up a lot. I'm currently being offered Sky Stream + Sky Sports + 500Gb broadband for £64/month. My Virgin Media contract ends on 6th June so I'm wondering whether I should sign up to a Sky deal now or wait a bit?

Can I still cancel my Virgin services
I noticed this month that my direct debit was around 15 pounds more than usual, and when I called VM they said that from April there's been a price increase. I tried to give my 30 days notice to quit my contract but was told that I couldn't as I had missed the deadline and that I still have 10 months remaining on my…
