Using the mincer for marmalade?
I'm just starting on my annual marmalade event for my parents, who eat a jar a week. This year I'm going to use the mincer for the peel. All the instructions I have seen say 'coarse'. I have an 8mm disc and a 12mm disc. Has anyone else had to choose?
