Has anyone ever received an IDMobile voucher via Giftcloud?
Back towards the beginning of the year my wife and I both transferred our mobile contracts to IDMobile attracted by the low monthly cost when factoring in what was then a £50 voucher. After completing the necessary click-through and waiting the 90 days nothing came through. Contacted the email address given at the bottom…

Are EE breaching Ofcom guidelines with their recent changes?
In the last month I've received two messages from EE; 1) That my included Netflix package is being changed from Basic (which was £7.99/month) to "Standard with Ads" (which is £5.99) 2) The the Roaming included is changing from EU and a few other countries, to EU *or* a select number of countries. Does anyone else still have this old contract with o2. I have had it for over 20 years and paid £99.99 upfront for the contract in 2001 and still have the paperwork. O2 Sim Only Plan increased by over 30% this month.
Is this because of new rules by OFCOM where companies have to specify exactly how much contracts are going up by, instead of just a percentage? Have a Sim Only from O2, started £5 a month for the first year, then last April increased to £5.44 (Over 8% increase). Now it's £7.24, an increase of £1.80 a month, over 30%.

Mobile data eaten up even on light usage ?
I’ve just
signed up for a contract with 3GB monthly data which by all accounts should be
enough for a light user like me, not doing social media or videos, just
checking websites and maps for info etc. But when I
started measuring usage it’s become apparent that such activity uses far more
than I anticipated. For instance,…
