Lebara customer service says there is no 5g in our area!. Tried to explain there is no 5g anywhere with their sim. They are looking into it,…

Luca Mobile Esim
Hi Having been an EE customer for years I’ve found I can save by moving to Lyca. I want to stay with an EE network user as it works well for me in my area. My questions are: is Lyca any good? I have an Esim in my phone, how well do they port across as I’ve heard that there can be problems? Thanks

Three charging for cancelled phone contract
Hi, on black Friday my son was trying to get a new Samsung phone and SIM contract but he was getting errors when the order was going through. He phoned 3 the next day and they said that they would put the phone through for him and honour the black Friday price. When he checked his account the SIM part of the deal was right…

split port issue
Hi all, so i think i have a split port problem. Around 15 months ago i switched to either lyca or smarty (can't remember which) and then had problems with some calls going straight to answerphone without ringing, and some text messages not getting through. I thought it was poor services from Lyca, so switched to Spusu. On…

S25 ultra pre-order cancelled anyone else
Just wondering if anyone else has this issue. I bought s25 ultra on three contract with Samsung shop. I traded in my phone and used pa2 code I was given for registering for live event. I was to trade my s23 ultra for 414 quid and in all to switch I was to be 104.40 with free bud3. I had delivery confirmation and could see…

Glad of advice understanding my new EE SIM only contract - I'm a bit confused.
(Re my previous posts, I am really pleased with my new Moto G54 mobile 'phone, thank you.) Soon after trying the new 'phone out I decided to contact EE about my contract which was due to last until February. I hope this is not too longwinded and, if it is, I apologize. I arranged a new EE SIM only contract by telephone and…

Apple ID access
My partner recently passed away. Their phone has a passcode which I don't know so can't get into the phone and I wasn't set up as a legacy contact. I need to access their Apple account to get their photos and videos. Apple have told me I need to get a court order from the county court. I asked Apple how I get the court…

MSE's SIM only Comparator
What am I not understanding about this comparator? Every deal suggested says "No Wi-Fi Calling" and "No 4G Calling". So what edition of 'G' are they using? My Pixel 4a doesn't do 5G, only 4G. So does this mean I can't use any of these SIMs?

Hello. I have a dual sim phone with a single sim card in at present (Three contract sim only) . I would like a second sim for occasional use only that is as cheap to use as possible. 3 PAYG Sim
I have an old iPhone 4s which has a 3 payg sim in. It was used as back up phone so I went on periodically to make a call or send a text to keep the line active. I have received an email today telling me to use some credit before 5th March to keep the plan and number. I have tried to do this but just receive a “no service”…

Tesco Mobile silently discontinues Family Pack
I've not seen this mentioned anywhere, but I noticed it missing on their website, and they just confirmed to me on X/Twitter, that Tesco Mobile's Family Pack tariff (unlimited everything, first SIM £30/month, each additional SIM £10/month) has been discontinued. I'm an existing customer and it seems I've still got the…

Samsung Galaxy 20e trying to back up my calendar
I'm still trying to get my head around new technology and it's challenging to say the least. I use the calendar on my phone for everything (mainly reminders!) and a friend mentioned that I should definitely back the entries up as I've not got the appoinments noted down anywhere else. I seemed to have managed to get a…

Looking for a cheap sim with minimum top up to use for just one verify text (yes really!)
Ok, I'll explain myself. I've been using Facebook Marketplace for a number of years, no issues. Recently I tried to post on ad to sell a desk, I was asked to confirm my identity. This process asked to use my phone number, presumably to send me a code. Lo and behold, an error message: "The phone number that you're trying to…

Vodafone mandatory add on Secure Net
Hi, I just realised my SIM only contract ran out a long while back and I am on a very poor value plan. I chose an upgrade plan but notice that every plan includes something called Secure Net which comes as a three month trial which you then have to cancel or it carries on for a monthly fee. There is no option to proceed…

Best Roaming Sim for North Cyprus
I'm going on holiday to North Cyprus for a week later this year, I'm wondering what the best data SIM would be for roaming out there? I use Talkmobile at home and according to their website I would have to purchase a World Booster for £20 for 8 days of data capped at 5GB or £30 for 8GB

Sky Mobile price rise - conflicting information
I have had a contract with Sky Mobile where I pay £10pcm since July 2022. I received an email in January saying that in February it will increase to £12.50pcm. I have called Customer Services twice, and both times have been told that the cost will definitely not be increasing, despite receiving two emails saying it will,…
