MSE Sim only deals

Hi - I have tried several times to sign up for the ID mobile offers as linked via MSE. I have been rejected but have met all the requirements. Customer Service at ID say that they are not aware of any deals as good as this and linked to MSE. Anyone else having similar problems or have been successful in getting a deal? Thanks Bob

Dont know which offer you are going for but certainly the random one I looked at is for "new customers only"... there is no sub text of what they mean by new customer only (ie not currently a customer or never been a customer before) but if you take it as the strongest meaning then you can't apply several times as after the first time you are no longer a new customer. 

Did sign up for ID Mobile via MSE and got what it promised but have never been a customer of ID Mobile before.

Is this two different problems?

1. iD mobile have refused your application for a PAYM deal because you've failed their ID/credit checks?

2. iD mobile can't offer the same deal that you can see on the MSE site?

Thanks for the feedback - I have never had an ID mobile deal before - so not sure why I was turned down the first time. Credit checks will be fine. The ID mobile customer service implied that these offers don't exist. I'll get one of my son's to try the same route.

What d'you mean they implied they don't exist? Can you not just take a screenshot of the deal you're trying to sign up for on both MSE and rewards.giftcloud.com to show them the deal?
