Text PAC to 65075

Got my new Lebara SIM and activated it.
As instructed gone back to Tesco SIM and Texted PAC to 65075 but text won't go if there any other way I can get Lebara phone number to my old number?

The other day I wished to talk to Tesco Mobile CS who refused to talk to me as as I could not  respond to a Security text they said they sent me as phone not doing calls and texts.
