Tesco Mobile on Airtime Rewards?

Hi! I'm looking to move from O2 to Tesco mobile. I'm currently using the Airtime Rewards app which has covered a lot of my mobile bill in the past, but Tesco mobile isn't listed as one of the networks in my app. I thought Airtime rewards did now support Tesco mobile so just wondering if anyone has used it with Tesco and how they got this to work? Did you need to move network first for the option to appear? Thanks!

My app is only showing Big 4 + Giffgaff.

There is suggestion elsewhere (not MSE) that a chat with their CS will sort this out, even a suggestion that the credit could be paid as cash to bank account if mobile network not supported.

This is what I'm seeing too. I want to move to a better mobile deal but it would be a shame not to have the credit towards bills as Airtime Rewards has worked quite well for me
