Want to change sim only from 02 but keep my number ???
I have a sim only with o2 and am out of the yearly contract . I have seen the lebara ones and want to buy one online and use it in my existing phone . I want to keep my number as I’ve had it years . I know I ask for a pac code from o2 , can anyone help me after that on what to do ..
when buying the lebara sim , do I tell” them I want to transfer my old number or do I do it myself when the new sim comes in the post .
sorry I’m not good with technology

When you get a SIM card from Lebara it actually tells you in big letters on the letter the SIM card is attached to what the process is.
Text PAC to 65075 on your o2 phone (this wont cut it off immediately, dont worry) and then wait until your Lebara SIM comes and follow their instructions on the letter.
I did the exact same thing yesterday.2 -
Get the Lebara SIM up & running and check all good before giving the PAC to them, just to be sure.1
