Easyjet refusing to refund cost of alternative flights to return to UK following flight cancellation
Easyjet left my octogenarian parents stranded in Gran Canaria. Flight 8692 to LGW on 25th March was cancelled. When they got to Las Palma airport the Easyjet rep said, 'sorry, we cannot help you' and closed the door. My parents paid 988 Euros to be flown to STN with another airline plus a sterling exchange fee and coach…

Ryanair refunds
Just received confirmation of a flight refund. It is £96 short of the original cost. Am I to assume that this would be the additional costs of hold luggage and priority boarding, and the refund only applies to the flight cost? Ryanair customer service line keeping me on permanent hold as usual, running up my phone bill!!!

CDW on carhire
Hi folks, I have hired from Easirent on a number of occasions over the last couple of years. I am aware, based on the rules, that they're not that well thought of, and I have had a couple of weird experiences (late car arrival, refusing legit documents, having to be transferred between depots). But... they are…

Airlines
Could anyone explain why airlines will not refund the difference, after you've paid extra to go on early morning flight, and paid for early return flight. For the airline to cancel that one, then put you on a much later flight, both ways. Then say that the policy of the airline is they don't do refunds

I had a flight booked to Manchester which has been cancelled and I know I’m eligible for a refund because I’m not the one who cancelled it. The only thing is, they’re not answering the phone! It’s like they’re trying to avoid me so I’m not really sure how to go about getting my refund. I don’t really want a voucher as…
