Lastminute. Com - Refund issues

I booked 2 flights to Ireland through lastminute.com and was due to fly out in May this year.
I have tried to get a refund but lastminute.com stated the flights were not cancelled. I contacted aerlingus direct and they confirmed the flight was cancelled and stated I would get a full refund. Aerlingus confirmed a full refund had been sent to lastminute.com via email to me and I would have to seek the refund from lastminute.com. I forwarded the email to lastminute.com.
Lastminute.com confirmed they had received the refund and it would take about 6 weeks to process, this was back in August  since August I have not been able to contact lastminute.com direct as it is an automated service and I have not received a refund.
PLEASE HELP
