Ryanair flight transfer charges

so we had to change our flights back in august due to covid and pay for the transfer of flights which was £650 which is a bit steep but on top of that they also charged for bag transfer£15 per bag totalling £120. I have been trying to speak to Ryan air for months with no joy and just filling in contact forms which I then gat an automated email with no answer and to fill a contact form in again. I have now had an answer saying baggage goes on the new flight and because I never booked it with this flight I have to pay the extra on each bag. but I booked my flights and baggage at the same time so there for should only have to pay for the flight transfer am I correct and as anyone else had this issue. I know £120 is not the end of the world but ii is the principle of already paying £650 to transfer the flights.

A bit pointless to expect fairness with this company, you can check my thread here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6227006/ryanair-free-flight-change-scam-with-priority#latest
and also many other similar threads.
I am preparing my complaint to CAA, I would suggest you do the same, these scammers have to be exposed at last.1
