Ryanair free flight change scam with priority

Quite shocked they can get away with such a blatant lie and such a misleading poster of "free flight change".
Just booked SKG to MAN, flight is priced 12.99 and bought priority for 6.00, total cost 18.99.
Currently there is a promo for free flight change where you can change to any other flight and just pay the price difference, fair enough by the sounds of it. BUT, when you actually try to change to another flight, ie same SKG to MAN but 3 days later compared to the original booking, the system shows a 14.99 pounds due to be paid ALTHOUGH the flights and the priority +2 bags costs are all the same just like the original flight. They call it " priority and 2x bags fare difference" (!!!!!!) and they want 14.99 although again if you book the second flight again on a different booking the price is still 12.99 with 6.00 for priority and 2x bags !!!
IF THIS IS NOT A SCAM THEN I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS.
How can they get away with this ????

Sounds like an amazing deal considering the flight length and distance.0

Your point maybe. My point is that I am amazed that whilst we are contending with a global pandemic, hundreds dying each day in our country alone, our hospitals and their staff at breaking point, you are focused on rather a petty matter. Still if it is so important to you I guess you could contact them after the public holiday to politely ask if they can accommodate your issue.0 -
Ryanair in poor service shocker0

The shock is not that Ryanair has got poor customer service, everybody knows this. The shock is from the fact that no one has exposed this "free flight change" scam they have been advertising for months now with a single purpose of luring people into buying a ticket with a false security that they can change to another flight if needed due to the ever moving COVID goalposts without paying anything extra other than the price difference. No one tells them that if they happen to buy the priority option (at a cost of 6.00 pounds at the time of booking) they are then charged 14.99 pounds to "transfer" this "privilege" to the new flight, although priority for the new flight still costs 6.00 pounds if you buy a ticket for that flight. THIS IS INCREDIBLE.0

They were doing this in March, charging a higher price as a ‘transferred’ flight. A new booking for the same flight is cheaper. After years of managing my way around Ryanair’s various schemes over the years I will no longer participate.Possibly a complaint to the OFT?
You might be abusing your dominant position if you’re unfair to your customers or other businesses, for example you:
- treat customers differently, for example by offering different prices or terms to similar customers

this is similar to me had to change flights paid for flight change but then they also charged me extra for the bags stating the deal is only when you book with a flight and as I am changing flights I have to pay new baggage price. this is not clear in T&Cs
but they will not reply to me and say fill in contact form which I do to then get an automated email 4 weeks later saying if your issue is still not correct please fill in a contact form. paid £650 for flight changes and £120 for bags0
