UHT Vs Powdered Milk expiry dates
I'm not entirely sure where to post this, if this is the wrong board please feel to move it. Bit of a random question... Out of powdered milk and UHT milk which has the longest expiry dates? Or can they be kept for roughly the same length of time? Thanks. :)

What to do with allot of onions (chopped)
Well it seems my freezer decided to defrost itself overnight, thankfully the only causalities was a couple of packets of bacon and allllll my onions left from my harvest. Chutney liquor uses
Have made a huge batch of homemade chutneys and because I had to decant some excess liquids I have ended up with a couple of pints of liquor with is a tasty fruity-vinegar-veg thin liquid. Anywone with ideas what to use it for as I don't want to chuck it. Cheers

Light Brown Soft sugar instead of Caster in Brownies?
