Chutney liquor uses

Have made a huge batch of homemade chutneys and because I had to decant some excess liquids I have ended up with a couple of pints of liquor with is a tasty fruity-vinegar-veg thin liquid.
Anywone with ideas what to use it for as I don't want to chuck it.

Cheers

stir it into oriental style sauce or soup?
    or into a salad dressing?
or you could boil it up to reduce it and use like balsamic vinegar.
