My bills arrive on 16th of the month. I've requested a PAC code but do I also…

Three upgrading me to more expensive new plan (without roaming)
I have been with Three for years. They were always excellent value beating other providers. I am on a SIM only deal. I have a 8GB Advanced unlimited minutes. This gives me personal hotspot and also roaming (including data) whilst abroad. However, they are pushing me to a new contract, which is more expensive. It is a…

Why are all mobile contracts increasing 3.9% + CPI
I have checked various mobile phone companies. They are all increasing their price by CPI + 3.9%. CPI = inflation. So why increase it at above inflation rates? Is n't anti-competitive if they are all increasing by the prices at the same level. Is this like a cartel?

Lebara connection problems
Hope someone can help. 3 of us have moved to Lebara in last 6 months, 2 from Vodafone 1 from Virgin. The first SIM move (phone 1)went smoothly and works without any issues (except detailed below). The subsequent 2 SIM moves (phones 2 and 3) initially went without a hitch, but now neither phone operates properly. It's now…

On 5gb Lebara, not enough.
On 5gb Lebara for a few months now, not enough, so looking at Martins blagged deal for 15gb, seems ideal next step. My son says it's probably for new customers only, so it looks like another move unless Lebara will let me move onto it. Any advice appreciated. Thanks Fortyfoot

Ombudsman complaint - Should I accept or reject O2 proposal?
Hi all I had to complain about O2 (details of the complaint are below). I need to figure out whether to accept the early offer of £150 or reject and let the ombudsman rule on it. I suppose the question is what percentage of complaints end up with a lower settlement than was offered at the start. If I had this data I could…

O2 - Advice needed
I have a sim-only 12 month contract with O2 which ends on 12th April. I have added an Apple Watch cellular plan to this. Cost is £7.99pm for the phone and £5.86pm for the watch which I think is pretty good (15GB data, unlimited calls and texts). O2 are applying their RPI increase which will be 8.8% from April 1st. One…

Grey market smartphones on Amazon marketed as UK phones
I needed a new smartphone, and the Samsung Galaxy A14 looked like a good match for me. Argos, Currys and the like were all selling it for £180, and "Amazon" (yes, a marketplace seller) was selling it for £104. Of course alarm bells were ringing, but I triple-checked the model number on the Amazon listing, and it was the…

Switch out of Sky Mobile
Been unable to negotiate better SIM only deal from Sky, despite 21 years of being with them - so have used MSE's info to switch to new SIM only contracts at half the price and more than double the data. Really disappointed with Sky customer service. Ho hum!

Sim only with Three
Hi all. I'm asking for my Daughter regarding a sim only deal. Her contract with three ends in March and has been around £35 per month. She wants to reduce this by using a sim only. We are unsure if her phone is locked to that network. She also wants to keep her number. Both her and myself are not tech savvy and have no…

Are outgoing mobile providers allowed to contact you after you have started port away ?
Are outgoing mobile providers allowed to contact you after you have started port away or even after you requested PAC? I seem to remember that OFCOM brought in rules against this. Sky called me twice and then sent me text. I have started the port which should go through early next week. I would not be that bothered if it…
